About Lloyd H. Hill I first became a licensed Realtor in 1963 after serving in the U.S. Army in Germany. During my career I have sold and marketed hundreds of properties. I have earned the professional designations of G.R.I., C.R.B., A.L.C., M.R.A, and M.S.A. These designations are the highest awarded by the National Association of Realtors and fewer than 1% of all Realtors have earned these designations. Because of my personal sales success, I am frequently requested to teach other Realtors how to effectively sell and market real estate. I am privileged to have served as President of the Greater K.C. Multi List Service, President of the Missouri Chapter of Realtors Land Institute, and Board of Directors of the K.C. Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and selected as Realtor of the Year-K.C. Board of Realtors and Realtor of the Year Land Institute of Missouri.
